Adventures In Authentication | Learn By The Drop: "Facebook Connect, Twitter, and Google Friend Connect all allow you to authenticate users to your site. They require varying degrees of technical expertise to set up and the exact functionality varies too. The good part is that they all seem to excel at verifying the identity of an anonymous visitor to your site, at least temporarily. The bad part is that they really don't fit in with the normal Drupal account creation process. ... The discussion called Social networking accounts: unified approach to store in external account data in user content profiles? covers some of the same issues I mention here and even mentions the fact that there is no module for LinkedIn."

Apple unveils iPad tablet computer | iLounge News: "Reading the live feed that Flash is still not available for web viewing is unbelievable and a deal breaker for me. It’s not worth the upgrade price to me, when my Touch can do most of what the iPad will do for my purposes. I don’t need to use the iBook/iPaper reader portion. I was really hoping for a full fledge mini computer with a full function web browser." - AGREE 100%
